In your initial consultation we will complete a comprehensive diet history to asses your current nutritional intake and status. I will gather lots of lifestyle information and medical history to create a tailor made plan that suits your health goals and lifestyle.
My aim in this session is to create a sustainable diet plan that starts to heal your gut by improving your gut microbiome. We will then continue to readjust this in future consultations.
In these sessions I will provide ongoing support to reach and maintain your gut health goals. We can assess your health plan and make appropriate individualised changes to support your diet and lifestyle goals.
